30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
What's Eligible
- Unused collars in original packaging
- Charms and accessories in original condition
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
What's Not Eligible
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging
How to Start a Return
Email us
Send an email to info@montereyxjack.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Ship it back
Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
